By visiting nivasastudio.in or acquiring objects from The Nivasa Atelier, you agree to the following terms and guidelines.
1. Nature of Handcrafted Living Objects
Nivasa Studio celebrates the warmth, texture, and organic tactility of natural materials. Solid Sheesham, European Oak, natural marble, and brass feature natural grain, knots, and tonal gradations that develop a rich patina over decades. These natural variations affirm the authentic provenance of each piece and are not defects.
2. Pricing, Invoicing & Taxes
All prices quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) across the website include applicable GST and insured standard Pan-India shipping unless expressly indicated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices for custom bespoke timber commissions prior to client order confirmation.
3. Orders & Payment Processing
Your order confirmation constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is formally accepted when payment authorization is verified through our gateway partner (Razorpay) and our studio issues an order confirmation with dispatch tracking.
4. Intellectual Property
All architectural project portfolios, custom furniture designs, spatial drawings, high-resolution photography, and brand marks on nivasastudio.in are the exclusive intellectual property of Nivasa Studio. Reproduction without prior written authorization is prohibited.
5. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising in connection with orders or studio contracts will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
