1. Dispatch & Processing Timelines
Because our pieces are handcrafted from kiln-dried Sheesham, European Oak, and solid hardwoods, each piece undergoes a final hand-finishing and inspection pass before dispatch:
- In-Stock Small Decor & Tableware: Dispatched within 2 to 4 business days.
- Larger Furniture & Custom Shelving: Dispatched within 7 to 10 business days as detailed on each product page.
- Bespoke Architectural Commissions: Lead time will be confirmed during personal studio consultation (typically 2 to 3 weeks).

Once handed over to our verified national courier partners (Blue Dart, Delhivery Express, and Bluedart Air), the typical transit times are:

4. Damaged or Tampered Shipments
If an outer carton arrives noticeably crushed, punctured, or tampered with:
- Take 2–3 photos or a quick unboxing video before opening.

- We will arrange a free immediate replacement without requiring you to wait for courier investigations.
